Delicate cotton plants nail art |
About this design:
When I did my first cotton design, I found it was a challenge to come up with an interesting take on the concept. Then I had the idea to do cotton plants - genius! I thought I was so clever, but then several other members had the same idea. Drats! Regardless, I still love this idea.

To get this look:
I painted everything freehand with a detail brush. After I did my salt and pepper nails, I was really interested in having a plain background, that way the plant becomes the focus.

Final Thoughts:
I love the soft and dreamy look of this design. And the dusty blue base is the perfect compliment! I think this may be one of my favourite looks for this week. Or have I said that before?
What do you think of this? What was your favourite design from this week's nail art extravaganza?

You have made some awesome designs this week!! I have loved every one! S&P shakers put a smile my face, the cotton T-shirt was simple and fabulous, I loved the uncut sapphire idea and your design was killer, only you can make a dotticure look like fine China, and these are so precious. Fantastic week!
