Flannel Surfing is a pale dusty blue crelly with a mix of silver, orange, and sky blue hex. This one really stood out to me, I think it's an incredibly unique mix of colours. Blue and orange usually makes a glaring combination, but the fact that it's a pale, muted blue, contrasting with brighter orange glitter, really makes this polish strong.

The application was very good, like all KBShimmer crellies I've tried. The polish goes on really smooth, with good glitter payoff, but not so much glitter that it's lumpy or difficult to apply. I do have a hard time with some crellies where they shrink away from the tips (before top coat), and that was the case with this one. If that happens, I recommend carefully wrapping your tips, and applying a touch extra polish in those areas. I used 3 coats here topped with one coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

How You Dune? is a light greige creme - it's basically light grey, but with a slight warm tone that leans towards beige. This colour seems to be super popular right now, and I know of several companies that have released similar colours. I hope to have a comparison post up soon, but in case you're wondering, How You Dune? is a near dupe for China Glaze Five Rules, and slightly lighter than Orly Highlight (from the Smokey collection). Obviously that means you need to get your hands on this colour (from whatever brand) and I definitely recommend How You Dune?

The formula on this was very good. It goes on very smooth and is perfectly self levelling. I had no issues with streaking or flooding whatsoever. I used 3 coats here but you may be able to get away with two coats.

Kiss and Spell is a clear based glitter topper with a mix of orange, yellow, lime green, purple, and black hex, circle and star glitter. This is definitely a Halloween mix, but some might be interested in it year round. This strikes me as a very characteristic glitter polish from the brand - fun, lots of colour, contrast, but no shimmer.

The application was great and I really had no issues trying to fish for glitter. I used the "dab and spread" method, which worked very well in this case. I'd say I used about 1 1/2 coats layered over How You Dune?

Final Thoughts:
I have a strong feeling that How You Dune? is going to become indispensable for nail art. It's also perfect for using as a base for glitters since it would complement a range of colours. Flannel Surfing is definitely one of the must haves from this collection. I really can't get enough of those colours! Kiss and Spell is not really my taste, however, for a Halloween polish, I think it's a refreshing departure from black and orange.
These are available now - international customers can get theirs from Harlow & Co. and US customers from KBShimmer directly.
What do you think of these? Have you picked up anything from the fall collection?
