Coming Soon: The 31 Day Challenge 2.0!

Hi everyone! You've probably seen a lot of posts about the 31 Day Challenge, but this one is a bit different. You may remember last year that Lindsey from Wondrously Polished and I completed the 31 Day Challenge together. This year we decided to do it again, and we're going to be joined by Kelli of The Nail Polish Challenge. We've been talking about this for a few months now, so I'm very excited that we are finally going to take the plunge!

31 Day Challenge 2.0

Since Lindsey and I already did the 31 Day Challenge, we wanted to change things around. Some things definitely had to go (hello flag prompt), while others were changed (tribal became world cultures). We also wanted more emphasis on nature and culture, and less on "inspired by" prompts. In the end we came up with a challenge that I believe will sustain us through the whole process.

We're going to be doing this two days a week, so we can keep up with other blogging responsibilities. I don't really subscribe to the belief that a challenge has to be fit into a specific time period in order for it to be challenging. As long as you set a goal and follow through, you'll reap the benefits. However, with everyone else starting the 31 Day Challenge soon, it seemed like a good time to dive in, even though we won't be on the same schedule.

We'll be posting on Monday and Thursday, and we'll be using InLinkz again to collect all of our posts.

I hope you enjoy the new challenge, and feel free to follow along as a reader, or if you want to do some of the challenges you can use our hashtag #31DC2 on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!

Will you be doing the 31 Day Challenge this year? And what prompts do you enjoy the most, or are you looking forward to?

    1. Thanks Baylie! We didn't really want to replace the original DC, just do something a bit different for those (like us) who have already done the original. And I hope you will use the hashtag, I'd love to see what you come up with. :)

  4. Awesome! Will the inlinkz be for anyone with a blog that's participating or just the three creators?

    1. Hi Kyema! The Inlinkz is for the three of us (sorry!) otherwise it could get unwieldy. ;) But you are welcome to use the hashtag and/or join up with other bloggers doing the challenge. I'd love to check out what you do, if you decide to join in. :)

  7. Oh, I like the fact that you only post two days a week. I still think I wouldn't be able to do it though, since I can't wear polish much due to work.. But I'm still considering :p
