The Nail Bites: City Flourish Florals

Hi everyone! Last night I showed you the first half of the China Glaze City Flourish collection. Well I've really enjoyed using these for nail art, the brighter colours just make me so happy. Many months ago I posted some flowers I did inspired by Mr Candiipants, so I decided to do them again. The technique is really simple - you just use the brush in the nail polish bottle to paint the petals.

To get this look:

All polishes are from the China Glaze City Flourish collection.

  • Base: In A Lily Bit
  • Flowers: What a Pansy and Strike a Rose
  • Dots: Grass is Lime Greener

    1. This look is amazingly simple!! I was able to do it on both hands - and I rarely do nail art on my dominant (right) hand. :)

  3. I'm totally in love with this mani! So simple and so pretty! I love flowers! Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to get the new CG polishes, but the colours are lovely!

    1. Thanks so much Giovanna. And I'm sad to hear that you can't get new China Glaze, but I imagine you have access to a lot of brands that we don't here in Canada. :)

  10. I love these nails so much! The uneven petals make the design look like a fabric print almost; it really reminds me of a Marimekko print. Such a great use of the City Flourish collection! Thanks for posting :)
