This is just a quick update to let you know that voting is now open for piCture pOlish Blog Fest - but only for a short time, less than 24 hours. I mentioned in my last post that there were three awards, each winner gets the chance to design a collaboration shade with piCture pOlish. Of course I'd love your vote - it would be an amazing opportunity. But I'd also just like to see people voting period, there's so much amazing talent in this year's Blog Fest. :)

DeleteFabulous...I just love, love what you came up with...and I was so surprised so many bloggers got them posts up on the same day - and even more surprised I received most all of them in my email on the same day - usually some drag behind due to old cyber land! Hope you win...I saw a lot of really pretty things - but this is my fav.

DeleteOK now I followed the first link you gave which should be to the PP web site and I also get the same thing - infor page not found but it's in the PP web site - something is wrong! I don't have a PP account so I would want a non member voting page - but in looking even at their home page I am not seeing anything about voting member or not!
DeleteI have crawled all over the PP web site and looked at all their links and see nothing about voting for this contest they ran where bloggers bought 3 polishes (or were given them by PP) and came up with designs. What's up? Is PP taken it all down? Did it crash? I am thinking not cause they should have something - some link that does not reach it it crashed and i don't see as i said a think about anything to do with a design contest.

About the timing, we were given very specific instructions to post at 7pm our local time, they provided the polishes to us, along with the instructions for what we were supposed to do and include in our post.
DeleteAs for the voting, I'm glad you wanted to vote, but unfortunately it's ended. As I explained in my post it was only for 24 hours, and it ended early this morning. I'll edit the post to reflect that.
Thanks so much. I missed the whole part that it was only 24 voting. I was so overwhelmed looking at blog art flooding into my inbox and had computer problems (huge ones) yesterday I needed to spend hrs on, 2 MD appts and my roomate's date to move out as well so had to check them out which was stressful. So sorry I did not get a chance to vote. I think they needed to leave it open longer than 24 hrs. Many folks who get their blogs via email don't get it until almost 24 hrs after they post. Also lots of folks don't get to read their blogs same day they post...many are more binge readers. I often catch 3 or 4 days in the same sitting myself. I am not one to carry my phone and keep my nose in it!

As participants we didn't even know how voting would happen until the moment it was announced, and given the time differences we had less than 24 hours to let everyone know. I tried to find out in advance but was just told that I would find out the day of. I'm not sure why they did it that way though. :/
