Jindie Nails Swatches

Hi everyone! I have quite a few Jindie Nails polishes that I haven't had a chance to try, and I was able to photograph a few of them last week. I'm glad I did because there's so much gorgeousness in this post, these are probably amongst my favourite Jindie Nails polishes to date.

Jindie Nails (l-r): Rave, Swoon, Princess Breath, and I'm a Star Dot Com

But first, a quick announcement before I get into the polishes. If you are interested in getting your hands on some Jindie Nails, Jen just restocked her store today (jindienails.com), and is shipping internationally for a limited time. Also Llarowe will be restocking Jindie Nails tomorrow, Tuesday June 11th. If you like Jindie Nails, all of the polishes I'm posting today are "must haves".

I'm a Star Dot Com is a sheer white crelly with silver and black stars; large black circles; small and medium fuchsia circles; and white, grey, black, and holographic silver hexes. I really love Jen's white crelly polishes and this one is amazing. The application was great and it went on very smooth. It was  a bit more sheer than I would like, so you might want to layer this over a white base. This was four coats, but you can get away with three - I wanted to try and get more stars on my nails, hence the fourth coat.

Princess Breath is a beautiful pale mint crelly with green hexes, different sizes of blue hexes, fuchsia circles, tiny and small lime green and fuchsia hexes. Some of the small hexes are also holographic. This was one I wasn't sure about at first, I was afraid that it would be unflattering with my skin tone. But it's actually one of my all-time favourite Jindies. The colour is gorgeous, and the polish is very flattering. It's the perfect spring/summer polish.

Formula was great - there was no problem getting enough glitter, in fact sometimes there was a bit too much so you have to be careful spreading it out. I used three coats here.

Rave is another white crelly polish with two sizes of fuchsia circles, tiny fuchsia and blue hexes, tiny blue squares, small and medium metallic blue hexes, and neon yellow, green and blue hexes. Even though I have a few Jindie Nails polishes that are white with neon, this is still a welcome addition to the collection, and so much fun to wear. This was three coats and the application was excellent.

Swoon is a pale/mid-value blue crelly with blue micro-glitter, small blue circles, and medium neon yellow, blue and oranges hexes. This one is not as glitter dense as the others, and I really like that for a change. As you can see from the bottle shots, the glitter on this one tends to sink to the bottom. I'm guessing it's because I have an older bottle. I bought this in December, and I've noticed the same thing with some of the other polishes I bought at the same time. But it really wasn't an issue, I just made sure to let it sit upside down for 15-20 minutes before hand. I used three coats for these swatches and the application was great, it went on very smooth and flawlessly.

Out of the four, I'd say Princess Breath is my favourite with I'm a Star Dot Com and Rave as close seconds. All of these are great polishes to have in a collection...in my opinion of course!

Jindie Nails is available on their website, there you will also find a list of authorized distributors. Make sure to follow Jindie Nails on Facebook and Instagram for updates and new releases.

Any of these stand out to you? Which one is your favourite?

I have been looking at Jen's white crellies, and I can't decide if I want to get any. I don't normally wear white polish, and I just don't know if I would like them on me... But they are so beautiful in pictures!!! Decisions, decisions...

    1. I would recommend getting one of Jen's white crellies. I normally don't wear white polish, but when there's glitter floating in it, I really enjoy it - totally different look and effect. It's my favourite way to wear white!

Glad to hear you got Princess Breath, I really hope you enjoy it!
